Customers An ever-growing number of customers utilise our services and purchase lifting equipment and spares from us. Our customers come from many different industries, but all have in common the need to maintain, examine and test their lifting equipment in order to run their own business operations efficiently and profitability.
In 1998, the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) and the Lifting Operation and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) introduced new requirements for maintenance, examination and testing. The duty of employers changed at that time from a requirement to have cranes tested to one of ensuring that all lifting equipment is safe to use and fit for the purpose intended.
Some customers use us as a ‘solution provider’, leaving the total care of their plant to us. Others rely on us for essentials like testing and certification of cranes and lifting accessories.
